Final payment is due upon completion of your order.
Standard delivery for most projects is within 1 to 2 working days.
Please carefully review all text, artwork, and design elements before giving final approval.
Clients are fully responsible for verifying names, dates, logos, and any provided information.
All essential details must be shared at the start of the project to avoid delays or rework.
Any requests for revisions after approval or once the layout has begun may incur additional charges.
Providing all details upfront helps us deliver your order faster and more efficiently.

Refund Process
If you’re not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund by emailing us at info@embsolutions.com. Kindly include your order number, delivery date, and the name of the representative you were working with.
Before issuing any refund, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue and offer alternative solutions that meet your expectations. If a refund is still necessary, we will honor it.
Please note:
Transaction fees for payments made to and from EMB Solutions are non-refundable.
Applicable taxes or service charges may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will only be issued to the original client and will not apply to third-party individuals, companies, or unrelated projects.
